I couldn’t handle the liquid version so the capsules work much better for me! The daily dose states 5 but I’ve only needed to take 2 capsules ( I take them before bedtime) and they definitely help to keep me cleaned out !
My Dad hadn’t had a bowel movement for several days so I gave him 3 capsules and within 5 hours he was able to have a successful bowel movement.

I have used this for over 10 years now before this I was once every other week now regular. TMI probably but there are a lot of people out there suffering and I want you to know it works. I took 5 as recommended but I felt terrible I am 5’3 108lbs. I cut it back to 3 and I was good. I now only take one capsule a day and if I miss a day I am still ok. The price is high but they last once you are only on one a day. I highly recommend.
