Clean It

100 capsules – Try this product for a very gentle colon cleanser. You may lose between three and six pounds of solid waste. This product is not a laxative and should not be used as one. We recommend two capsules after dinner, and the following day you should have two to three bowel movements. If you have two to three movements, then do not take any more. You take your next dosage when you feel the bloated or full feeling again. So, you may only take “Clean Inside” every other day or ever three days. Remember, find what works for you. Daily dosage is not for most persons.
