What should I eat on a weight loss diet?
We recommend you cutback on eating bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice. Eat half the portions of these items. Please note, we did not say to eliminate these foods from your diet. We encourage you to eliminate fruit juice and substitute real fruit in the morning. Fruit and fruit juice is real sugar. If you don’t burn that sugar, it will be stored in fat cells. Try the Buckhead, Atlanta or Vinings Diets!

Is ephedra safe?
First, ephedra is not safe for everyone. Persons with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems should not take ephedra or any other stimulant. We caution against overuse. Ephedra has been used for thousands of years without problems.

  • We do not recommend mixing ephedra with other stimulants.
  • Try the Buckhead Diet or the Atlanta Diet or the Vinings Diet.

How often should I have a bowel movement?
It is our belief that one should eliminate after each meal. If you eat three meals each day, it follows that you should have three movements. Try Clean Inside!

How do I improve my libido?
Both men and women have levels of testosterone. Research has found that some women have very low levels of testosterone. Studies have also found that testosterone levels are higher in younger people. Additionally, increasing a person’s level of testosterone will increase their libido. Try Power 1AD or The Lead.

  • We recommend that women do not over use testosterone.

Is there anything that will make my hair grow, stop falling out and make my nails grow?
Stress, caffeine and poor diet usually contribute to problems with hair, skin and nails. We certainly recommend a good multivitamin. We also recommend our product, Hair, Skin and Nails. We have found that this product works best over time. The first bottle should be taken as directed. We recommend lowering the dosage with each subsequent bottle. Results may vary.
